Main Performance
This machine is designed as the feeding device of the nonwoven card. Fibers after blowed by previous process will be fed onto the reserve silo on the top of the machine by fan.
Then fibers in the reserve silo will form a certain density and be opened by lower opening rollers.
Under the interaction of even pressure and vibrating board, fibers then will be fed into lower chute and form homogeneous slivers, which will be fed into card through conveying belt or auto-leveler by a pair of output rollers.
